  • Human Resources & Mental Health Strategy
    We support HR teams and leadership in designing policies and resources that are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and sustainable. This includes navigating employee mental health concerns and crises, developing internal response protocols and resource guides, and building infrastructure for psychological safety and care.

  • Trauma-Informed Systems & Risk Consultation
    We help teams better understand the impact of individual, collective, and cultural trauma—and how to respond meaningfully. We support crisis response preparation and debriefing after harm, consulting on public-facing or internal statements, and creating staff support spaces after community violence or loss.

  • Strategic Planning Through a Radical Healing Lens
    We advise leadership on embedding healing and equity into strategic planning, programming, and internal culture. Services include co-designing strategic equity frameworks, realigning policies and practices to better reflect mission and vision, and facilitating inclusive retreats or reflection sessions.

    Employee burnout, turnover, and workplace harm are not individual failures—they’re systemic signals. We help assess team culture and staff wellness, recommend practices for retention, recognition, and repair, and offer storytelling- and values-based models to reimagine “professionalism” through a justice lens.

Setting: National Workforce Development Organization
We provided consultation on disability-inclusive employment practices, including how to identify, hire, and retain employees with disabilities across sectors.

Setting: Global Insurance & Risk Management Firm
We facilitated a two-part engagement exploring the psychological impact of hate-based violence and trauma in the workplace, including a discussion on how to navigate workplace conversations about suicidality with care and ethics.

Setting: Scholarship Fund & Leadership Development Program
We partnered with both students and the leadership team of a national scholarship organization serving historically underrepresented communities. We introduced the Radical Healing framework and explored how it could inform their community-building practices.
